Breaking Free of Abuse

This course teaches you how to break free from the generational cycle of abuse. Those that have been abused are more likely to abuse. This program teaches you what to do when you feel you want to lash out. It gives you alternatives to yelling or physically reacting. There will be exercises to complete, coaching, videos, and a final course quiz. Upon completion you will receive a letter of recognition and a certificate of completion.
